Step 3: Pack the item securely and include a copy of your original receipt and the RAN. Ship the package to the address provided by our team.

Step 4: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
